Life’s Twists and Turns

Life is a tapestry woven from a myriad of experiences, both good and bad, each thread contributing to the fabric of who we are.

Achievements can bring a sense of happiness and fulfillment, fostering gratitude for the opportunities encountered.

Positive experiences often deepen our connections with others, enhancing feelings of belonging and support.

What about the Setbacks?

Losses can lead to sadness, as we mourn what was lost or the potential that didn’t materialize.

When expectations are not met, it can trigger feelings of frustration and sorrow.

Facing challenges may evoke fear of the unknown, leading to anxiety about future outcomes and decisions.

Setbacks can cause us to question our abilities and worth, creating a cycle of negative emotions.

Resilience and Strength

Overcoming obstacles often fosters a sense of resilience, reinforcing our capability to handle future challenges.

Embracing difficulties can lead to personal growth, nurturing a belief in our potential to adapt and thrive.

Recognizing that every experience contributes to our journey can inspire hope for the future.

Challenges can motivate us to seek change, set new goals and strive for better outcomes.

You deserve to be heard and seen.

When you are in the session with me, you will be listened to with empathy, unconditional positive regard and seen with care and concern for your mental health, goals, and inner peace.

Through our work, you’ll learn to embrace life’s uncertainties and build the skills necessary to navigate them with confidence.

Together, we’ll cultivate a sense of resilience that empowers you to face whatever comes next.

I’m committed to being by your side as you navigate these changes, ensuring that you feel supported and understood every step of the way.

It’s a true blessing to accompany you on this part of your journey.

With a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Master’s in Education, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families since the mid-1990s.

My experience encompasses a variety of roles. Before becoming a therapist, I was a middle school teacher and worked with students and their families.

I work with individuals of all ages, including couples and families, recognizing that every journey is unique.

Outside of the Office

When I am not at the office, you can find me with family and friends or with my four-legged best friend, Cocoa. I have three sons who light up my world. I love traveling and making memories with my family. I am an avid reader, lover of nature, coffee, decorating, and the Chiefs. I love to connect with others and have deep meaningful conversations over good food.

Together we can!

It would be an honor to walk alongside you and help you discover the strength within to find inner peace.

Let’s get started today.
