The Struggle is Real! How Did I Get here?
Getting out of bed, going to work, even coming home—it all feels like a struggle.
Those moments of joy, or even just feeling “okay,” seem so distant now.
It’s overwhelming, isn’t it?
Same story, different day.
The sleepless nights are taking their toll on your mental and physical health.
Your strength feels like its gone.
Anxiety is constant, and you’re not even sure what came first anymore—anxiety or depression.
Some days it feels like everything is too much, and other days you just feel numb.
Motivation? Gone.
Your relationships feel strained, and you’re longing for that connection—whether it’s with a partner, a friend, or even with yourself.
It’s hard to remember the last time you truly felt like you.
The emptiness is heavy, and it feels like you’re stuck in place.
Find your way out of the struggle and start living again.
You deserve to feel at peace, to feel confident, and to feel motivated again.
Your relationships can feel close and fulfilling.
You can give and receive love again. It might seem far off right now, but joy and laughter are waiting for you.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
How I Work
Therapy can help you find your way out.
In our sessions, you’ll feel understood, supported, and safe to explore what’s been weighing you down—without judgment.
Together, we will build a collaborative relationship where we can work together to help you practice mindfulness, self-compassion, and learn how to navigate tough emotions.
Together, we’ll create lasting change and help you get unstuck.
It’s time to take that first step toward the life you want and deserve. Let’s work together to find your strength, heal your relationships, and rediscover the things that bring you joy.
My Education
I earned my Master of Education (MEd) in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia (Mizzou) in May 2024. During my time in school, I gained hands-on experience working in community mental health as a practicum student.
Currently, I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and supervised by Stacy Witzki, the practice owner. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 training of the Gottman Method for Couples.
Outside of the Office
Outside the office you can find me playing fetch with my dog, spending time with my family, and catching up with my friends.
I am a huge Mizzou basketball and football fan, as well as a Kansas City Chiefs fan. I am an avid fiction reader, so let me know if you have any book recommendations!
Together we can!
Let’s work together to reconnect with what’s important to you, and cultivate a life of joy and optimism.
Let’s start this journey together.
